2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon of any of your favorite no-sodium seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped (garnish)
