STEP ONE – In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix until the chicken is fully coated in the sauce.

1 pound chicken tenderloins or chicken breast (if needed cut so they are in 35 inch length pieces)

3 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil

2 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon of any of your favorite no-sodium seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped (garnish)
