Description

Easy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders (No Breading) are juicy and tender, with a crispy crunch on the outside, that are seasoned to perfection!!

These homemade chicken tenders are so delicious, with just 10 minutes of prep time, for a kids favorite lunch or an easy mid week family dinner.


Ingredients

1 pound chicken tenderloins or chicken breast (if needed cut so they are in 35 inch length pieces)

3 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil

2 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon of any of your favorite no-sodium seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped (garnish)

How to store leftover chicken tenders? Use an airtight container to store leftover cooked chicken tenders in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.

Do not allow chicken to sit out for more than 2 hours at room temperature for the best food safety.

Can you freeze air fryer chicken tenders? Yes you can freeze leftover cooked chicken tenders! Using a freezer-safe container or freezer zippered bag to freeze for 1 to 2 months.

To freeze your raw uncooked chicken tenders, make the chicken tenders on a baking tray. Place the baking sheet in the freezer to flash freeze them for two hours or until frozen through.

Remove from the freezer and place them in a freezer-safe container or a freezer zippered bag. Store them in the freezer for 1 to 2 months.

You can thaw them overnight in the fridge or cook them frozen to reheat (or cook) in the air fryer.

Do not refreeze chicken that has been frozen and thawed already for best food safety.
