- Sausage – uncooked
- Cream Cheese – softened
- Rotel Tomotates – can of Rotel diced tomotoes and green chilies, drained
- Bisquick Baking Mix
- Cheddar Cheese – I used shredded cheddar cheese but you can choose not to

How To Make Sausage Balls with Cream Cheese And Rotel

Step One – Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Step Two – In a large mixing bowl, combine the uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel.
Step Three – Stir in the Bisquick baking mix and shredded cheddar cheese until the mixture is fully combined.
Step Four – Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step Five – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
Step Six – Top with shredded cheese (optional) and return to oven until melted.
Serve warm and enjoy!
