Pineapple Wrapped In Bacon โ€“ Sweet & Savory Party Food

Bacon appetizers are always a hit for parties, holidays and game day snacks. These bacon-wrapped pineapple bites come together in 10 minutes, making them a quick and easy appetizer or snack.

Each pineapple chunk is wrapped in bacon, secured with a toothpick, then rolled in brown sugar for a perfect balance of sweet and salty. As they bake, the bacon crisps up and the sugar caramelizes into a sticky glaze.

12 slices of bacon, regular cut

24 pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

ยฝ cup brown sugar

How To Make It

STEP ONE – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

STEP TWO – Cut the bacon in half, then wrap one half piece around each pineapple chunk, and secure it with a toothpick.

STEP THRE E- Roll the bacon wrapped pineapple pieces in the brown sugar, then arrange on the baking sheet.

STEP FOUR – Transfer the baking sheet to the oven, and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bacon is done.

STEP FIVE – Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and let sit for 5 minutes, then remove the bacon wrapped pineapple from the baking sheet and arrange on a platter to serve.

Storage & Reheating Instructions

These bacon wrapped pineapple bites are best enjoyed fresh and warm, but you can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. To reheat and bring back that crispy bacon texture, pop them in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes until heated through.
