Ingredients
1 lb sausage, uncooked
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1 3/4 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel.
- Stir in the Bisquick baking mix and shredded cheddar cheese until the mixture is fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Top with shredded cheese (optional) and return to oven until melted. Serve warm and enjoy!

Storage and reheating instructions:
