Jalapeno Popper Roll Ups
If you need a quick and easy appetizer to bring to a party or potluck, these pinwheel appetizers are one of the easiest and super-tasty appetizers to bring!
With minimal prep time and I love that they can be made ahead of time.
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese – softened
- Bacon – cooked and crumbled bacon
- Jalapeno Peppers
- Cheddar Cheese – shredded
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Flour Tortillas – large burrito-sized
How To Make Jalapeno Popper Pinwheels Step by Step
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the bacon, jalapeno pepper, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until well combined.
- Spread this mixture onto the large tortillas, leaving about an inch around the edge of each tortilla, and roll them up tight.
- Once all of the tortillas are rolled, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into bite size rounds, and enjoy!
Storage Instructions
Tortilla sandwich rolls are best enoyed on the same day. Although you can eat them the following day, the flour tortilla will soak up some of the moisture. Store them in fridge for up to 6 hours and and enjoy them later!

1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon. onion powder
5 large burrito tortillas
