Description

These Jalapeno Popper Pinwheels are the easiest pinwheel appetizer to make with a few simple ingredients and only 15 minutes of prep time! They’re perfect for parties, holiday gatherings, game day snacks and light lunches.

Ingredients

12 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup cooked, crumbled bacon

1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon. onion powder

5 large burrito tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the bacon, jalapeno, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread this mixture onto the large tortillas, leaving about an inch around the edge of each tortilla, and roll them up tight.
  5. Once all of the tortillas are rolled, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Slice the rolled tortillas into bite size rounds, and enjoy!

Notes

Storage Instructions: Tortilla sandwich rolls are best enoyed on the same day. Although you can eat them the following day, the flour tortilla will soak up some of the moisture. Store them in fridge for up to 6 hours and and enjoy them later!
