Ingredients

  • Tortillas – soft white tortillas or use spinach or sundried tomato tortillas
  • Cream cheese
  • Turkey – roasted turkey breast slices or smoked turkey breast slices
  • Pecans – chopped
  • Dried Cranberries

Substitutions & Variations: You can use a herbed cream cheese if you prefer. Use walnuts instead of pecans or add some fresh greens like spinach or arugula.

STEP ONE – Add 2 ounces of cream cheese to each tortilla, then top with pecans, cranberries and turkey slices.

STEP TWO – Start from one end, then roll the tortilla into itself, until it meets the other end.
