Cranberry Turkey Pinwheels – Easy Holiday Appetizer

This recipe is a great way to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey while still feeling fresh and festive. Prep ahead of time, store in the fridge, and serve chilled for an easy, crowd-pleasing holiday appetizer or snack that saves you time in the kitchen.

Ingredients For Turkey Roll Ups

3 large burrito-size tortillas

6 oz cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup cranberry sauce

9-10 slices deli turkey

6–8 leaves leafy lettuce

6 slices Havarti cheese

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 green onions

Step By Step Instructions

Cream cheese and seasoning in bowl.
Cream cheese mixture is spread on flour tortilla.

STEP ONE – In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.

STEP TWO – Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.

Cranberry sauce is spread on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Turkey sices are added to the top of the cranberry sauce.

STEP THREE – Add a couple of spoonfuls of cranberry sauce, spreading lightly.

STEP FOUR – Layer 3 turkey slices along the lower third of the tortilla, followed by lettuce leaves and two slices of Havarti cheese.

Lettuce and cheese is added to the top of the tortilla.
Tortilla is rolled up and ready to be placed in the fridge.

STEP FIVE – Roll the tortilla up tightly, starting from the bottom.

STEP SIX – Place the rolled tortilla in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.

STEP SEVEN – Slice into ½–1 inch pinwheels, wiping the knife clean between cuts.

STEP EIGHT – Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.

Storage Instructions

Keep any leftovers tightly wrapped in the fridge and enjoy within 2 days.
