Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 ounces strawberry gelatin
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, finely diced
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

Step by Step Instructions

STEP ONE – In a large bowl add the pineapple and strawberry gelatin. Mix with a spatula until fully combined.

STEP TWO – Fold in the marshmallows and strawberries until fully combined. 

STEP THREE – Fold in the whipped topping until combined. 

STEP FOUR – Can be eaten immediately, but is best served chilled in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Sandra Top Tips

  • Use the freshest ripe strawberries for the best flavor and texture
  • If you plan on serving the salad immediately you can place the crushed pineapples in the fridge for at least 2 hours before making the salad
  • I find it best to chill the fluff salad put together for 2 hours in the fridge before serving

Storage instructions

You can keep any leftovers in the fridge using an airtight container for up to 3 days.
