Ingredients for Strawberry Fluff
- Crushed Pineapple – 20 once can of crushed pineapple drained
- Strawberry Gelatin – I used Jello
- Mini Marshmallows – best to use mini marshmallows
- Fresh Strawberries – 2 cups diced
- Whipped Topping – 8 ounces of frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip) thawed
How to make strawberry fluff salad
STEP ONE – In a large bowl add the pineapple and strawberry gelatin. Mix with a spatula until fully combined.
STEP TWO – Fold in the marshmallows and strawberries until fully combined.
STEP THREE – Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
STEP FOUR – Can be eaten immediately, but is best served chilled in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Sandra Top Tips
- Use the freshest ripe strawberries for the best flavor and texture
- If you plan on serving the salad immediately you can place the crushed pineapples in the fridge for at least 2 hours before making the salad
- I find it best to chill the fluff salad put together for 2 hours in the fridge before serving
Storage instructions
You can keep any leftovers in the fridge using an airtight container for up to 3 days.

20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
3 ounces strawberry gelatin
3 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups fresh strawberries, finely diced
8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
In a large bowl add the pineapple and strawberry gelatin. Mix with a spatula until fully combined.
Fold in the marshmallows and strawberries until fully combined.
Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
