Strawberry jello and Cool Whip fluff

I love how easy it is to whip up this strawberry fluff all in one bowl. The strawberries, pineapples, jello and marshmallows come together so well with the whipped topping.

This is one of the best salads to take when you need to bring something for your next event that everyone will love. The best part is it takes just 5 minutes to put together!!

  • Crushed Pineapple – 20 once can of crushed pineapple drained
  • Strawberry Gelatin – I used Jello
  • Mini Marshmallows – best to use mini marshmallows
  • Fresh Strawberries – 2 cups diced
  • Whipped Topping – 8 ounces of frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip) thawed

How to make strawberry fluff salad

STEP ONE – In a large bowl add the pineapple and strawberry gelatin. Mix with a spatula until fully combined.

STEP TWO – Fold in the marshmallows and strawberries until fully combined. 

STEP THREE – Fold in the whipped topping until combined. 

STEP FOUR – Can be eaten immediately, but is best served chilled in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Sandra Top Tips

  • Use the freshest ripe strawberries for the best flavor and texture
  • If you plan on serving the salad immediately you can place the crushed pineapples in the fridge for at least 2 hours before making the salad
  • I find it best to chill the fluff salad put together for 2 hours in the fridge before serving

Storage instructions

You can keep any leftovers in the fridge using an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Ingredients

20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained

3 ounces strawberry gelatin

3 cups mini marshmallows

2 cups fresh strawberries, finely diced

8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed


Instructions

In a large bowl add the pineapple and strawberry gelatin. Mix with a spatula until fully combined.

Fold in the marshmallows and strawberries until fully combined. 

Fold in the whipped topping until combined. 

Can be eaten immediately, but is best served chilled in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
