Strawberry Fluff Salad

Description

This Strawberry Fluff Salad recipe is quick and easy to make with just 5 ingredients. You will love how the natural sweetness of the strawberries combine with the marshmallows and whipped topping to create a wonderful light refreshing dessert. This sweet and creamy dish is popular to serve at potlucks, barbecues and holiday family gatherings.


Ingredients

20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained

3 ounces strawberry gelatin

3 cups mini marshmallows

2 cups fresh strawberries, finely diced

8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed


Instructions

In a large bowl add the pineapple and strawberry gelatin. Mix with a spatula until fully combined.

Fold in the marshmallows and strawberries until fully combined. 

Fold in the whipped topping until combined. 

Can be eaten immediately, but is best served chilled in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
