- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced

- ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 12 slider buns

STEP FIVE – Slice the slider buns in half, keeping the tops and bottoms together if possible. Place the bottom half on the prepared baking sheet.

STEP SIX – Evenly spread the seasoned ground beef over the buns. Sprinkle with the diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and sliced red onion.
STEP SEVEN – Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top buns , then place the top buns on.

STEP EIGHT – In a small bowl, melt the butter. Add the remaining ranch seasoning and chopped parsley, then whisk together. Brush generously over the tops of the buns.
STEP NINE – Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 8 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the filling is hot and melty.
STEP TEN – Let the sliders cool for 2 to 3 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
