- 4 large Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
- 4 large Snickers candy bars (1.86 ounces each), chopped
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
- ½ cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling (optional)

STEP ONE – In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, until slightly thickened.
STEP TWO – Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and well combined.
STEP THREE – Stir in the diced apples, chopped Snickers bars, and caramel sauce if using.
STEP FOUR – Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend and the salad to chill.
STEP FIVE – Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel sauce and garnish with a few extra Snickers pieces if desired.
