Description

Jalapeño Popper Burger Sliders are loaded with juicy beef, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and fresh jalapeños for the ultimate cheesy party sandwich. They’re easy to make, perfect for game day, and always a hit with a crowd.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix, divided

2 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced

12 slider buns

2 tablespoons salted butter

1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet or 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into the beef until evenly combined. Remove from the heat.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth with a hand mixer. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and ¾ of the ranch seasoning until well combined.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half, keeping the tops and bottoms together if possible. Place the bottom half on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Evenly spread the seasoned ground beef over the buns. Sprinkle with the diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and sliced red onion.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top buns, then place the top buns on top of the beef mixture.
  8. In a small bowl, melt the butter. Add the remaining ranch seasoning and chopped parsley, then whisk together. Brush generously over the tops of the buns.
  9. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 8 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the filling is hot and melty.
  10. Let the sliders cool for 2 to 3 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
