Big Mac Sliders On Hawaiian Rolls

Ingredients For the Sliders:

1 lb ground beef

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1 medium white onion – chopped

6 to 8 slices mild cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup hamburger-style dill pickles

12-count mini slider buns

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tsp sesame seeds

Ingredients for Big Mac Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp pickle relish

1 tbsp mustard

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp granulated sugar

1 tsp white vinegar

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

How To Make It

Sauce Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and stir until well blended.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Slider Directions:

STEP ONE – Preheat your oven to 350°F.

STEP TWO – In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Break up the beef as it cooks until browned, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease and set aside.

STEP THREE – Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

STEP FOUR – Evenly spread the cooked beef over the buns. Drizzle with half of the prepared Big Mac sauce.

STEP FIVE – Top with cheddar cheese slices, chopped onions, and dill pickles.

STEP SIX – Spread a layer of sauce on the underside of the top buns and place them over the sliders.

STEP SEVEN – Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and brush over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle on sesame seeds.

STEP EIGHT – Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.

STEP NINE – Remove from the oven. Lift the top buns and add shredded lettuce, then replace the buns.
