  • 250g dry pasta, we used shells or you can use any pasta shape
  • 1 package (150g) Boursin herb and garlic cheese
  • 2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes (any color) – 1 pint equals 2 cups/2 pints = 4 cups

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

How to Make Creamy Boursin Cheese Pasta

I used a smaller 8×12-inch baking dish for the recipe in the photos. I often double this recipe and use the large 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cherry tomatoes spread into the bottom of baking dish.
Boursin cheese is placed into the middle of the cherry tomatoes in baking dish.

STEP ONE – Preheat oven to 400°F.

STEP TWO – In an 8×12″ baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, freshly ground pepper.

STEP THREE – Make a well in the centre and place the Boursin Herb & Garlic cheese in the opening.

STEP FOUR – Bake in 400°F oven for 30 minutes.

STEP FIVE – While the tomatoes are roasting in the oven, start cooking the pasta. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, then strain.

Lightly browned tomatoes and Boursin cheese after being under the broiler for two minutes.

STEP SIX – After 30 minutes of cooking the tomato and cheese mixture, turn broiler to high. Broil for 2 minutes until tomatoes and cheese are light golden brown. Keep a close eye on the oven as they can burn quickly!

STEP SEVEN – Remove from oven and stir in chopped garlic, fresh parsley and pasta. Stir well to coat pasta.

You can mix it right in the baking dish or transfer to a bowl and mix.
