- Great for busy weeknights. Using cooked pulled pork keeps prep to a minimum, making this a quick and satisfying family dinner.

Ingredients You’ll Need

- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (1 package, connected)
- 2 to 3 cups cooked pulled pork (BBQ or plain, warmed)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (plus extra for brushing)
- 6 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese (halved)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley (optional)
Step By Step Instructions

STEP ONE – Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
STEP TWO – Without separating the rolls, use a serrated knife to slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom layer. Place both halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
STEP THREE – Spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce over the cut side of each half of the rolls.

STEP FOUR – In a medium bowl, toss the pulled pork with the remaining barbecue sauce until evenly coated. Spread the pulled pork over the bottom half of the rolls.
STEP FIVE – Top the pulled pork with an even layer of cheese, making sure it covers the entire surface. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.

STEP SIX – In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
STEP SEVEN – Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
STEP EIGHT – Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
