  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 jalapenos, diced (plus extra for slicing/topping- optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika

Step by Step Instructions

Cream cheese mixture in glass bowl.
Corn, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeño, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper is added to the cream cheese mixture in bowl.

STEP ONE – Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat an 8×11-inch baking dish (or a similar size) with nonstick cooking spray.

STEP TWO – In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and well combined.

STEP THREE – Stir in the corn, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeño, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.

Cream cheese mixture is spread in bottom of baking dish.

STEP FOUR – Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden around the edges.
