Mini Cheese Balls With Pretzel Sticks

These mini cream cheese balls with pretzel sticks are a crowd-pleasing addition to any appetizer spread. The creamy base pairs perfectly with the sweet cranberries, salty nuts, and bold bagel seasoning, giving you a little bit of everything in one bite. Serve them on a platter with fresh fruit, meats, and crackers for a stunning, easy-to-assemble party dish that guests will love.

2 (8 oz.) blocks of Cream Cheese

1 cup of Shredded Mild Cheddar 

1 cup of Chopped Green Onions

1 cup of diced Buddig beef (2 packets)

1 teaspoon of garlic powder 

½ cup of Pecan Pieces

½ cup of Everything Bagel seasoning

½ cup of finely chopped dried cranberries

Pretzel Sticks 

Assorted Crackers (for serving) 

Ingredient Substitutions

If you don’t have Buddig beef on hand, you can easily swap in thinly sliced deli roast beef for a fresher option with a similar flavor. Deli ham, turkey, or even corned beef also work well and add their own unique twist. For a little extra crunch and salty flavor, try mixing in finely chopped cooked bacon instead.

Step by Step Instructions

STEP ONE – Start by adding your cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions, beef, and garlic powder to a large mixing bowl.

STEP TWO – With gloves, knead everything together with your hands. Folding it like dough, until evenly combined. 
STEP THREE – Using your cookie dough scoop, divide into even parts, and roll into small balls. 


STEP FOUR – Roll ⅓ of the balls in everything bagel, ⅓ in dried cranberries, and ⅓ in pecan pieces.
