Creamy Pecan Bacon Cheese Ball for Parties & Holidays

This Pecan Bacon Cheese Ball is the perfect holiday appetizer! Rolled in crispy bacon and crunchy pecans, it’s creamy, savory, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

I love this cheese ball recipe with bacon as bacon makes everything taste better, while pecans offer a slightly sweet festive holiday vibe to the cheese ball recipe.

The pecans and bacon both help to balance the creamy texture of the cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese
  • Cheddar Cheese – I used shredded triple cheddar cheese mix
  • Bacon Bits – or use cooked bacon chopped into pieces
  • Pecans – chopped
  • Scallions – green onions sliced
  • Milk – of your choice
  • Bagel Seasoning
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Black Pepper

How To Make Pecan Bacon Cheeseball

STEP ONE – In a medium-size bowl add the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, all seasoning, and milk. Mix with a hand mixer, until well combined.

STEP TWO – Then add half of the bacon bits, half of the scallions, and half of the pecans. Make sure to chop those in smaller pieces first.

STEP THREE – Put a piece of saran wrap on the counter and put the cheese ball in it. Then fully wrap it up with the saran wrap and form it into a ball.

STEP FOUR – Put the cheese ball in the fridge for 20 minutes.

STEP SIX – Remove cheese ball from the fridge.

STEP SEVEN – Roll the cheese ball around in the prepared shallow bowl and make sure the whole ball is coated with the remaining coating.
