Description

These Mini Cheeseball Bites are the ultimate easy holiday appetizer! Each bite-sized cheese ball is creamy, flavorful, and coated in a mix of dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and everything bagel seasoning. They’re festive, simple to make, and look beautiful on any appetizer platter for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or holiday parties.

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) blocks of Cream Cheese

1 cup of Shredded Mild Cheddar

1 cup of Chopped Green Onions

1 cup of diced Buddig beef (2 packets)

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 cup of Pecan Pieces

1/2 cup of Everything Bagel seasoning

1/2 cup of finely chopped dried cranberries

Pretzel Sticks

Assorted Crackers (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Start by adding your cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions, beef, and garlic powder to a large mixing bowl.

  2. With gloves, knead everything together with your hands. Folding it like dough, until evenly combined.

  3. Using your cookie dough scoop, divide into even parts, and roll into small balls.

  4. Roll ⅓ of the balls in everything bagel, ⅓ in dried cranberries, and ⅓ in pecan pieces.

  5. Top each one off with a pretzel stick, so they are easy to pick up.

  6. Serve with crackers and enjoy! Bite size cheese balls!
