Description

Hot Jalapeño Corn Dip is a warm, cheesy appetizer that’s always a crowd favorite. Made with sweet corn, fresh jalapeños, and plenty of cheese, this easy baked dip is perfect for game day, potlucks, holiday gatherings, and parties. Serve it hot with tortilla chips or crackers for an appetizer everyone will love.


Ingredients

3 cups corn (frozen or canned/drained)

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 jalapenos, diced (plus extra for slicing/topping- optional)

1/2 tsp. chili powder

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 tsp. smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat an 8×11-inch baking dish (or a similar size) with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and well combined.
  3. Stir in the corn, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeño, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden around the edges.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Storage Instructions: Store leftovers in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Reheat in microwave in 30 second intervals.
