Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini twist pretzels
  • 1-2 granny smith apples
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • Optional but recommended- lime juice to soak the apples

Step By Step Instructions

Melted chocolate spread out on parchement paper on baking sheet.
Pretzels and apples are added to the top of the melted chocolate.

STEP ONE – Chop the granny smith apples, and soak in lime juice, if desired.

STEP TWO – Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.

STEP THREE – Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 second increments, stirring well in between, until melted.

STEP FOUR – Add 3/4 of the melted chocolate to the parchment lined pan and smooth out evenly to make the base of your bark.

STEP FIVE – Add pretzels to the melted chocolate, then add the chopped apples.

Caramel is drizzled on top of the bark.

STEP SIX – Drizzle with caramel, and the remaining melted chocolate.

STEP SEVEN – Freeze the bark for 2 hours, then cut into pieces and enjoy.
