Ingredients You’ll Need

- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini twist pretzels
- 1-2 granny smith apples
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- Optional but recommended- lime juice to soak the apples
Step By Step Instructions


STEP ONE – Chop the granny smith apples, and soak in lime juice, if desired.
STEP TWO – Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
STEP THREE – Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 second increments, stirring well in between, until melted.
STEP FOUR – Add 3/4 of the melted chocolate to the parchment lined pan and smooth out evenly to make the base of your bark.
STEP FIVE – Add pretzels to the melted chocolate, then add the chopped apples.

STEP SIX – Drizzle with caramel, and the remaining melted chocolate.
STEP SEVEN – Freeze the bark for 2 hours, then cut into pieces and enjoy.
