Crockpot Pork Chops & Stuffing

Ingredients You’ll Need

2.5 lbs pork chops (5 pork chops)

1 medium onion, diced

3 ribs celery, sliced

2 garlic cloves, minced

10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup

1 cup chicken broth

6 oz box stove top stuffing mix (any flavor)

¼ cup butter, melted

Step by Step Instructions

Pork chops are placed in the bottom of crockpot.
Chopped onions and celery are placed on top of the pork chops in crockpot.

STEP ONE – Place the pork chops into the crockpot and top with onions, celery, and garlic.

STEP TWO – In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth. Then pour over the pork chops.

Stuffing mixture is sptread on top of porks chops and sauce in crockpot.

STEP THREE – In the same bowl, mix together the stuffing mix and melted butter.

STEP FOUR – Add the stuffing into the crockpot and spread on top of the pork chops.

STEP FIVE – Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops reach a minimal internal temperature of 145°F.

Variations

Use bone-in or boneless pork chops. You can also use pork tenderloins.

Other meats like chicken breasts, chicken thighs, turkey, or turkey tenderloins will also work.

Use any flavor of box stuffing mix.

Try cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom soup.

You can cook with whole cranberries when cooking or serve with a side of cranberry sauce.

Storage Instructions

Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container for 3 or 4 days.

Reheat on the stovetop over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
