Description

These Crockpot Pork Chops with Stuffing are tender, flavorful, and so easy. Just 10 minutes of prep and your slow cooker handles the rest.

Ingredients

Units

2.5 lbs pork chops (5 pork chops)

1 medium onion, diced

3 ribs celery, sliced

2 garlic cloves, minced

10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup

1 cup chicken broth

6 oz box stove top stuffing mix (any flavor)

¼ cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops into the crockpot and top with onions, celery, and garlic.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth. Then pour over the pork chops.
  3. In the same bowl, mix together the stuffing mix and melted butter.
  4. Add the stuffing into the crockpot and spread on top of the pork chops.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops reach a minimal internal temperature of 145°F.

Notes

Storage Instructions: Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container for 3 or 4 days. Reheat on the stovetop over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
