Turkey Cranberry Sliders

These golden, cheesy turkey sliders are baked with a buttery rosemary glaze and always disappear fast. Our family especially loves making them with leftover holiday turkey! Easy to assemble in one pan, they’re perfect for game day, gatherings, or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients For Turkey Sliders With Leftover Turkey

1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls

3 cups cooked turkey (sliced or shredded)

6 slices Gouda cheese – or substitute Swiss, Havarti or Provolone cheese

¾ cup whole berry cranberry sauce

3 Tablespoons mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon light brown sugar

2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Step By Step Instructions

Hawaiian rolls are sliced in half.
Mayonnaise is spread on bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls.

STEP ONE – Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease the bottom of a 9×13” baking dish.

STEP TWO – Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.

Turkey slices are placed on top of mayonnaise.
Gouda is placed on top of the turkey layer.
Cranberry sauce is spread on top of the cheese layer.

STEP THREE – Spread mayonnaise evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Layer with turkey, then Gouda slices, and spread cranberry sauce over the top. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.

Sliers are werapped in foil before placing in oven.

STEP FOUR – In a small bowl, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and rosemary. Whisk together until combined. Brush evenly over the tops of the rolls.

STEP FIVE – Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.

Baked sliders removed from the oven and ready to cut and eat.

STEP SIX – Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm and enjoy!
