Are red potatoes the best for oven roasting?
I love using red potatoes for roasting as they have that yummy creamy texture that really blends and pairs so well with herbs or spices and parmesan cheese.
You can use the petite or mini baby red potatoes but I prefer using the full sized red potatoes. I find when you cut them and expose more of the potato flesh, it gives more of that delicious crispy flavor when roasted than the smaller ones.
