  • 3.9 oz chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 8 oz tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 13.29 oz Oreos (33 cookies), crushed to crumbs
  • 1 cup toasted coconut shreds
  • 8 Ghirardelli jack o lantern chocolates
  • 16 mellowcreme pumpkin candies

Step By Step Instructions

Mixed pudding mix and milk in glass mixing bowl.
Peanut butter is added to the pudding mix.
Cool Whip topping is mixed into the pudding mixture.

STEP ONE – Add the pudding mix and cold milk to a large bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes, until smooth and no lumps remain.

STEP TWO – Stir in the peanut butter until well incorporated. Set aside for 5 minutes to allow the pudding to set and thicken.

STEP THREE – Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until combined. Do not overmix.

STEP FOUR – Divide the ingredients among the dessert cups, layering the Oreo crumbs and prepared pudding, then finishing each cup with another layer of Oreo crumbs.
