Pecan Pie Dip No Bake

For a fun and easy twist on a classic popular dessert this pecan pie dip is great for a snackable potluck or party treat without the mess of making a pie.

The combination of cream cheese, pecans, brown sugar and cool whip makes a delicious holiday dip that taste like everyones favorite pecan pie with no dough or baking it.

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese – softened to room temperature
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Whipped Topping – I used Cool Whip
  • Butter – salted butter
  • Brown Sugar
  • Light Brown Sugar
  • Corn Syrup
  • Pecans – pecan halves
  • Vanilla Extract

How To Make Pecan Pie Dip

STEP ONE – In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

STEP TWO – Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, and pecan halves.

STEP THREE – Continue to heat over medium heat, to a simmer.

STEP FOUR – Simmer 3-5 minutes.

STEP FIVE – Remove from the heat and allow this mixture to cool slightly.

STEP SIX – Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

STEP SEVEN – Add the powdered sugar and cool whip, and mix until well combined.

STEP EIGHT – For serving, add the cream cheese mixture to a serving bowl and smooth out evenly.

STEP NINE – Top with the pecan pie mixture, and serve with sweet crackers, cookies or fruit.

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

3/4 cup cool whip

4 tbsp. salted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1 cup pecan halves

1 tsp. vanilla extract


Instructions

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, and pecan halves.

Continue to heat over medium heat, to a simmer.
