Description

This easy and delicious no bake Pecan Pie Dip recipe lets you enjoy the flavors of a pecan pie in a creamy, dippable treat bursting with holiday vibes! Dip anything from graham crackers to apples for sweet dessert like buffet, for a holiday appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

3/4 cup cool whip

4 tbsp. salted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1 cup pecan halves

1 tsp. vanilla extract


Instructions

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, and pecan halves.

Continue to heat over medium heat, to a simmer.

Simmer 3-5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and allow this mixture to cool slightly.

Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add the powdered sugar and cool whip, and mix until well combined.

For serving, add the cream cheese mixture to a serving bowl and smooth out evenly.

Top with the pecan pie mixture, and serve with cookies or fruit.

Notes

Storage instructions: Store by using an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
