Caramel Apple Fluff Salad

This is such a great apple fluff salad for a light and refreshing dessert after dinner or any fall gatherings like BBQ’s, autumn harvest parties and Thanksgiving dinner.

The crispy juicy texture of the apples provides a great contrast to the sweet, creamy whipped topping, vanilla pudding and caramel sauce.

I love how easy this nostalgic apple fluff recipe is to customize with your favorite toppings like chopped nuts, sliced apples, grapes or more whipped topping.

Ingredients

  • Instant Vanilla Pudding – 1 (3.4 oz.) package of instant vanilla pudding
  • Milk
  • Cool Whip – 8 ounces of Cool Whip or use any whipped topping
  • Granny Smith Apples – chopped into chunks, use your favorite apples like honeycrisp
  • Miniature Marshmallows
  • Caramel Sauce – for the apple fluff and as a topping

How To Make Caramel Apple Fluff

STEP ONE – Chop the granny smith apples into chunks, and set aside.

STEP TWO – In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk, until smooth.

STEP THREE – Add the cool whip, and whisk until well combined.

STEP FOUR – Add the caramel sauce, and stir to combine.

STEP FIVE – Fold in the apple chunks and mini marshmallows.

STEP SIX – Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce.

Storage Instructions

Store in the fridge covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

3/4 cup milk

8 ounces cool whip

3 granny smith apples

1 cup miniature marshmallows

2 tbsp. caramel sauce, plus extra for topping


Instructions

  1. Chop the granny smith apples into chunks, and set aside.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk, until smooth.
  3. Add the cool whip, and whisk until well combined.
  4. Add the caramel sauce, and stir to combine.
  5. Fold in the apple chunks and mini marshmallows.
