Pecan Pie Bark

Pecan Pie Bark is an irresistible holiday treat that combines the buttery crunch of toffee with the rich flavor of pecan pie. Made with graham crackers, brown sugar, and pecans, this quick and easy recipe delivers all the classic flavors of pecan pie in a simple, shareable form.

Ingredients You’ll Need

14 Graham Crackers

1 cup Butter

1 cup packed Brown Sugar

2 cups Pecans, chopped roughly into different sizes

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Step by Step Instructions

Graham crackers on foil-lined baking sheet.

STEP ONE – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.

STEP TWO – Add one layer of graham crackers to the baking sheet. If using the large 17×11 size baking sheet, this will be 14 graham crackers.

Pecans are adde to butter mixture in saucepan.

STEP THREE – Add the butter, brown sugar and sea salt to a medium saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring and scraping the bottom and sides of the pan often.

STEP FOUR – Turn up the heat and bring the mixture to a boil, and allow to boil for 2 minutes.

STEP FIVE – Remove from the heat and immediately stir in the vanilla and pecans.

STEP SIX – Carefully pour the mixture over the crackers and spread it out with a silicone spatula. 

STEP SEVEN – Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 10m minutes.

STEP EIGHT – Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely for 1-2 hours, then break into pieces.
