Christmas S’mores Graham Cracker Bark

If you love the classic smore’s flavors of chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers your going to love this easy to make Christmas bark candy treat.

The graham crackers add a delightful crunch, while the chocolate offers a smooth, creamy texture and the marshmallows add a wonderful bit of chewiness.

The festive addition of Christmas-themed sprinkles and holiday M&M’s make it an extra special crowd-pleaser for holiday season gatherings!

Ingredients

  • Graham Crackers
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Butter – unsalted butter
  • Chocolate Chips – semi sweet chocolate chips
  • Holiday M&M Candy – red and green Christmas M&M’s
  • Holiday Sprinkles – red, green and white nonpareils or use your favorite

Substitutions & Variations: Top with crushed peppermint candy canes, nuts, toffee pieces or your favorite Christmas candy.

How To Make Christmas Bark With Graham Crackers

Step One – Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and arrange the graham crackers, 4 across and 3 down.

Step Two – Melt the butter, then pour over the marshmallows in a medium microwave safe bowl.ย 

Step Three – Heat the marshmallows in 30 second intervals, stirring between each heating session, until fully melted.

Step Four – Grease a silicone spoon, and spread the melted marshmallows over the layer of graham crackers.

Step Five – Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each heating session, until fully melted.

Step Six – Spread the melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer.

Step Eight – Chill for 1 hour, then cut into squares. Enjoy!

Storage Instructions

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 10 to 14 days or in the fridge for up to 1 month.

12 graham crackers

10.5 oz bag mini marshmallows

ยผ cup unsalted butter

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup red and green Christmas M&Ms

23 tbsp red, green and white nonpareilsย

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and arrange the graham crackers, 4 across and 3 down.
