Pecan Pie Bark

Ingredients

14 Graham Crackers

1 cup Butter

1 cup packed Brown Sugar

2 cups Pecans, chopped roughly into different sizes

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 tsp Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Add one layer of graham crackers to the baking sheet. If using the large 17×11 size baking sheet, this will be 14 graham crackers.
  3. Add the butter, brown sugar and sea salt to a medium saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring and scraping the bottom and sides of the pan often.
  4. Turn up the heat and bring the mixture to a boil, and allow to boil for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and immediately stir in the vanilla and pecans.
  6. Carefully pour the mixture over the crackers and spread it out with a silicone spatula.
  7. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 10m minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely for 1-2 hours, then break into pieces.
