Ingredients You’ll Need

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 15 oz can pineapple chunks
- 1 green bell pepper
- ½ red onion
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice (from can of pineapple)

STEP ONE – Prepare the grill.
STEP TWO – Cut the bell pepper, onion, and chicken into 1-inch pieces.
STEP THREE – Thread the ingredients onto the skewers, alternating the green pepper, pineapple, red onion, and chicken as desired. Repeat until the skewers are full.


STEP FOUR – In a small bowl, stir together the barbecue sauce and pineapple juice. Set half of the sauce mixture aside for serving.
STEP FIVE – Brush both sides of the skewers with half of the barbecue sauce mixture.
STEP SIX – Arrange the skewers on the prepared grill and cook for 7 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
