skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Season the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika,
sea salt, black pepper, chili powder, and onion powder. Add the chicken pieces to the

Can I make this recipe less spicy?

Yes you can, use less sriracha sauce or skip using it all together if you do not enjoy it!!

How to make this recipe in the air fryer or in the oven?

Air Fryer Method

To prepare in the air fryer, arrange the skewers in a single layer in the basket. If needed, work in batches or cut the skewers in half to fit. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Once done, transfer the skewers to a plate and drizzle or brush with the remaining bang bang sauce. Serve immediately for a delightful meal.

Oven Baked Bang Bang Chicken

Using an oven-safe dish or lined baking sheet in a 400°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the juices run clear. To get a crispier exterior broil them after baking for 2 to 3 minutes watching closely to prevent burning. Using the oven you will not get chicken that is as crispy and charred as grilling. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
