8 oz. full-fat cream cheese, firm and softened

¾ cup powdered sugar

2 Tablespoons molasses

½ teaspoon ground allspice

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

Crushed ginger cookies, for topping and serving

STEP ONE – Beat the cream cheese
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, spices and molasses until smooth and creamy. Beat until fully combined and fluffy.

STEP TWO – Fold in whipped cream
Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream using a spatula until no streaks remain.

STEP THREE – Chill (optional)
Chill for 30 minutes for a firmer, mousse-like texture.

STEP FOUR – Serve
Spoon into a serving bowl and top with crushed ginger cookies.
Serve with extra cookies, graham crackers, or apple slices for dipping.
