8 oz. full-fat cream cheese, firm and softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons molasses
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

- Beat the cream cheese
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, spices and molasses until smooth and creamy. Beat until fully combined and fluffy. - Fold in whipped cream
Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream using a spatula until no streaks remain. - Chill (optional)
Chill for 30 minutes for a firmer, mousse-like texture. - Serve
Spoon into a serving bowl and top with crushed ginger cookies.
