Description

Bring holiday cheer to your dessert table with this Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip. Creamy, spiced cream cheese folded with whipped cream creates a fluffy, indulgent dip that tastes just like a festive gingerbread cheesecake. Ingredients

8 oz. full-fat cream cheese, firm and softened

3/4 cup powdered sugar

2 Tablespoons molasses

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

Crushed ginger cookies, for topping and serving

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese
    In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, spices and molasses until smooth and creamy. Beat until fully combined and fluffy.
  2. Fold in whipped cream
    Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream using a spatula until no streaks remain.
  3. Chill (optional)
    Chill for 30 minutes for a firmer, mousse-like texture.
  4. Serve
    Spoon into a serving bowl and top with crushed ginger cookies.
    Serve with extra cookies, graham crackers, or apple slices for dipping.
