Crockpot Candy For Christmas

If you have not made crockpot candy you are in for a treat! These bite-sized clusters are delicious with an irresistible, smooth texture, and easy to make with 4 ingredients.

Using the crockpot makes preparation easy and helps to melt the chocolate evenly for a convenient chocolate candy snack to whip up for any holiday celebration.

Chocolate nut clusters are great for gifting or sharing at holiday gatherings and potlucks, as this candy is a fun and easy way to spread some festive holiday cheer!

Ingredients

  • Mixed Nuts – use your favorite salted mixed nuts
  • Chocolate – semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • White Almond Bark
  • Sprinkles – use your favorite holiday sprinkles

Subsitutions & Variations: Sprinkle some sea salt on top instead of the sprinkles. Add some chopped dried fruit or shredded coconut in with the nuts.

How To Make Crockot Nut Clusters

STEP ONE – In the crockpot, layer the mixed nut and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Set the almond bark on top.

STEP TWO – Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 1 hour.

STEP THREE – Line a few baking sheets with parchment paper.

STEP FOUR – Stir everything together.

STEP FIVE – Use a cookie scoop to drop scoops of chocolate and nuts on the parchment paper. Top with sprinkles.

STEP SIX – Transfer baking sheets to the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour. Enjoy!

Storage & Freezing Instructions

Allow the candy to cool and set completely before transferring to an airtight container using parchment paper to separate any layers and store at room temperature for 10 to 14 days.

To freeze wrap each piece in plastic foil then place them in a freezer bag or freezer-safe container for freezing up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before or at room temperature before enjoying.

3 cups mixed nuts

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

16 oz white almond bark

5 tbsp Christmas sprinkles


Instructions

  1. In the crockpot, layer the mixed nut and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Set the almond bark on top.
  2. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 1 hour.
  3. Line a few baking sheets with parchment paper.
  4. Stir everything together.
