Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 (24 oz.) jars of pasta sauce
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 25 ounces frozen ravioli
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Step by Step Instructions

STEP ONE – Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.

STEP TWO – Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

STEP THREE – Add the pasta sauce and Italian seasoning, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Meat sauce is spread in the bottom of the crockpot.
Half of the frozen ravioli is added on top of the sauce in crockpot.

STEP FOUR -= Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce over the bottom of the slow cooker.

STEP FIVE – Arrange half of the ravioli in an even layer, then spoon over another portion of the sauce.

Remaining ravioli and a final layer of sauce are added to the crockpot.
Mozzarella cheese is added during the final hour of cooking.

STEP SIX – Add the remaining ravioli and finish with the rest of the sauce, making sure the pasta is covered.

STEP SEVEN – Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until the ravioli are tender.

STEP EIGHT – During the last hour of cooking, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top, cover, and continue cooking until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
