Need an easy dinner the whole family will love? This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna combines frozen ravioli, seasoned ground beef, pasta sauce, and plenty of melted cheese for a simple dump-and-go meal. It’s everything you love about classic lasagna with a fraction of the work.
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 (24 oz.) jars of pasta sauce
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
25 ounces frozen ravioli2 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the pasta sauce and Italian seasoning, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce over the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Arrange half of the ravioli in an even layer, then spoon over another portion of the sauce.
- Add the remaining ravioli and finish with the rest of the sauce, making sure the pasta is covered.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until the ravioli are tender.
- During the last hour of cooking, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top, cover, and continue cooking until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
