Ingredients You’ll Need

5 thick cut boneless pork chops
1 envelope dry ranch seasoning mix
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
4 tablespoons (¼ cup) butter, sliced
Fresh herbs, for topping

Step by Step Instructions

First set of ingredients in crockpot.
Cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup is added to the top of the pork chop mixture in crockpot.

STEP ONE – Place pork chops into crockpot and top with ranch seasoning mix, brown gravy mix, onions, and garlic.

STEP TWO – Pour the cream of mushroom soup and the cream of chicken soup over the pork chops and then top with butter.

STEP THREE – Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops reach a minimal internal temperature of 145°F.

STEP FOUR – Serve with mashed potatoes and top with herbs.
