Cranberry Bliss Bars Recipe
Bliss bars are always a holiday favorite, as the blondie layer is studded with white chocolate and cranberries, topped with a rich cream cheese frosting and a hint of orange zest.
Everything is topped with more cranberries and a white chocolate drizzle making these cranberry orange blondies a great way to feed a crowd at Christmas!
Whether you enjoy the cranberry orange blondies for a Christmas bars dessert or as a yummy treat with coffee in the morning they are sure to be big hits for the holiday season.

Ingredients
Bliss Bars:
- Butter – unsalted butter
- Brown Sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla Extract
- All Purpose Flour
- Baking Powder
- Ground Ginger
- Salt
- Cranberries – dried cranberries
- White Chocolate – white baking chocolate chopped
Cranberry Bliss Bars Cream Cheese Icing:
- Cream Cheese – softened
- Butter – softened
- Milk
- Powdered Sugar
- Orange Zest
- Dried Cranberries
- White Baking Chocolate
Substitutions & Variations: You can use white chocolate chips instead of the baking chocolate if you prefer. You can cut these into squares or triangles.
How to Make Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars
STEP ONE – Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
STEP TWO – In a mixing bowl using an electric mixer mix together the butter and sugar until combined.
STEP FOUR – Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
STEP FIVE – Stir in the flour, baking powder, ginger, salt, cranberries and white chocolate.
STEP SIX – Line a 9×13 with parchment paper.
STEP SEVEN – Pour in the batter and smooth out.
STEP EIGHT – Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
STEP NINE – Set aside to cool completely.
STEP TEN – Meanwhile make the icing. In a large bowl using an electric mixer whip together the cream cheese, butter, milk, powdered sugar and orange zest.
STEP ELEVEN – Spread the icing over the top.
STEP TWELVE – Sprinkle with more cranberries.
STEP THIRTEEN – In a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals melt the white chocolate.
Add the melted white chocolate to a piping bag or ziploc bag with the corner snipped off.
Drizzle the white chocolate all over the top of the bars.
STEP FOURTEEN – Set aside to let the chocolate harden.
STEP FIFTEEN – Slice into triangles and serve!

Storage Instructions
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 4 to 5 days in the refrigerator.
To freeze after you cut them into triangles or squares wrap the individual pieces in wrap or use a freezer-safe container (separate any stacked layers with parchment paper) to freeze for 2 to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.

3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dried cranberries
4 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
Icing
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons milk
5 cups powdered sugar
Zest of 1/2 an orange
1/2 cup dried cranberries
