Ingredients
● 2 boneless chicken breasts (approximately 1 1/2 pounds), cut into 1-inch pieces
● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● 1 teaspoon garlic powder
● 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
● 1 teaspoon sea salt
● 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
● 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
● 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
● 1/2 cup mayonnaise
● 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
● 1 to 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce, adjust based on your spice preference
Instructions
-
Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using wooden
skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning. -
Season the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika,
sea salt, black pepper, chili powder, and onion powder. Add the chicken pieces to the
bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mix. -
Skewer the Chicken: Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving a small
space between each piece to ensure even cooking. -
Grill the Chicken: Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 10-12
minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char on the
outside. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C). -
Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: While the chicken is grilling, prepare the Bang Bang
sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha sauce until smooth. Adjust the amount of Sriracha based on your desired level of spiciness. -
Serve: Once the chicken skewers are cooked, remove them from the grill. Serve hot with the Bang Bang sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
