These easy Sloppy Joe Sliders are saucy, cheesy, and baked with a buttery topping that makes them irresistible. A simple recipe everyone loves for quick and easy dinners and football parties, these sliders are always a hit!

Ingredients You’ll Need

12 Hawaiian sweet rolls

1lb ground beef

15-ounce can of Manwich

8 slices of cheddar cheese

4 Tablespoons butter, melted

1 Tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Chopped parsley, optional for garnish

Step by Step Instructions

STEP ONE – Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone
mat.
STEP TWO – In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess grease. Reduce the heat to low, stir in the can of Manwich sauce, and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes to heat through and blend the flavors.

STEP THREE – While the meat simmers, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally with a serrated knife, keeping the top and bottom halves intact.
STEP FOUR – Place the bottom half of the rolls onto the prepared baking sheet.
Spread the sloppy joe mixture evenly over the rolls, making sure to cover the entire
surface.

Cheese is sptread on top of the meat mixture.


STEP FIVE – Lay the cheddar cheese slices over the meat.

STEP SIX – Add the top half of the rolls to close the sliders.
STEP SEVEN – In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until fully combined.
STEP EIGHT – Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
STEP NINE – Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!

Storage Instructions
