Storage Instructions

Store in an airtight container for up to three days.

Can I freeze this soup?

  • I do not recommend this soup for freezing. The fresh pasta is delicate, and doesn’t hold up well to freezing and reheating. You can store leftovers in the refrigerator for a few days. The tortellini will be a bit softer upon reheating, but the flavor will still be great.
