Tik Tok Gummy Bears

These 2-ingredient gummy bears went viral on TikTok for good reason—they offer a fun twist on a classic candy that the whole family can enjoy at home.

Guaranteed to put a smile on the faces of gummy bear lovers, with the added flavor of a slushie and the cold enhancing the candy’s fruity taste.

Ingredients

  • Gummy Bears – regular gummy bears, I used Haribo
  • Sprite

How To Make Frozen Gummy Bears

STEP ONE – Place the gummy bears into a medium mixing bowl and pour the Sprite over the top.

STEP TWO – Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.

STEP THREE – Line a 9×13 baking sheet with parchment paper.

STEP FOUR – Using rubber gloves, gently scoop the gummy bears out and lightly shake them over the bowl so it gets rid of some of the excess liquid.

STEP FIVE – Place the bears on the prepared pan and line them up so they have just a wee bit of space in between each one (as long as they’re not touching, that works).

STEP SIX – Place in the freezer for 3 hours or until frozen through. Enjoy!

Tips
  • Food-safe rubber gloves were by far the easiest and quickest method for transferring the soaked gummy bears from the bowl to the baking sheet. You can use a slotted spoon if you prefer, but we found it slower and prone to breaking pieces off the bears.
  • You can initially freeze them spaced out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper so they do not freeze together.
  • Transfer them to a freezer bag to keep in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them.

Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer-safe container or freeze bag in the freezer for 2 to 3 months.
