Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 cup guacamole – prefer to make your own guac? Try our easy guacamole recipe.
  • 8 ounce sour cream – you can use full fat or light sour cream.
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons sliced olives
  • Cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)
  • Tortilla chips for dipping

● 9oz clear plastic cups

How to Make 7-Layer Taco Cups

Taco seasoning and refried beans in a small mixing bowl.
Refried bean mixture is placed into the bottom of plastic cup.

STEP ONE – Mix the taco seasoning and the refried beans in a small bowl until well combined.

STEP TWO – Spoon about 2 tablespoons of each layer into the clear plastic cups, starting with the refried bean mixtured, followed by the guacamole, salsa, then shredded cheese.

STEP THREE – Top with diced tomatoes and black olives.

STEP FOUR – Garnish with cilantro. (or green onions)

STEP FIVE – Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

Serve with tortilla chips & enjoy!

Storage Instructions

Refrigerator: While this dip is definitely best enjoyed fresh, you can keep any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just be sure to cover the cups tightly with plastic wrap or pop them into an airtight container.

Freezer: Freezing isn’t the best option for these dip cups—the layers don’t hold up well after thawing, so it’s best to enjoy them while they’re fresh!
