This festive Grinch-inspired fluff recipe is super-easy to make and fun for a holiday party or Grinch movie night.
It is a sweetly satisfying dessert, and once you try it, you’ll want to make it every year!
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese
- Instant Vanilla Pudding
- Milk
- Powdered Sugar
- Cool Whip
- Miniature Marshmallows
- Green Gel Food Coloring
- Red, White & Green Holiday Sprinkles
- Garnish: additional Cool Whip or whipped cream, maraschino cherries
How To Make Grinch Fluff
STEP ONE – In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together vanilla instant pudding mix and milk. Set aside.
STEP TWO – In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
STEP THREE – Add the powdered sugar, pudding mixture, and cool whip, and mix until well combined.
STEP FOUR – Add a generous amount of green food coloring, and mix until incorporated.
STEP FIVE – Fold in miniature marshmallows.
STEP SIX – Chill until ready to serve, within 24 hours.
When serving, top with extra cool whip or whipped cream, sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry.
Storage Instructions
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container or tightly wrapped with plastic wrap for 2 to 3 days.

1 1/2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces cool whip
3–4 cups miniature marshmallows
Green gel food coloring
Red & green sprinkles
Extra cool whip, or whipped cream, plus maraschino cherries for the top
