Cherry Fluff Salad

Tart cherries combine with the tangy sweetness of pineapple, the smooth, sweetness of the vanilla pudding and whipped topping for a nostalgic marshmallow salad grandma would make.

I love my cherry fluff salad with the optional additions of crunchy pecans and shredded coconut flakes, both of which add a delightful contrasting texture.

Handy tips!

Be sure to thoroughly stir the vanilla pudding mix into the cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple so there are no lumps of vanilla pudding mix. Some fluff recipes call for a larger can of crushed pineapple, but I found that the extra pineapple overpowered the flavor of the cherry pie filling.
